Supplying Porta Johns at Luminary Hotel Construction Site, Ft Myers

Updated: Feb 4, 2020

JW Craft is the contracted porta john supplier for the high profile Luminary Hotel & Caloosa Sound Convention Center project, located at 2200 Edwards Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33901. The development of this multi-level hotel is expected to bring business to the downtown Fort Myers area.

The beauty of the new venue has certainly caught my attention! As soon-to-be-President of the PSAI’s board of directors (on March 27th), I am very excited to add another venue option for two of our annual events: 1) the Nuts & Bolts Conference and 2) the Portable Sanitation Association International Convention & Tradeshow.

The ladies and gentleman working on the Luminary Hotel had to build this large construction project in small quarters. This means the logistics of bringing in equipment and supplies had to be on a tight schedule in order for everything to work as seamlessly as possible even when servicing the porta johns, temporary holding tanks, elevator toilets, sinks and crane toilets.

JW Craft has years of experience with all types of projects and we always welcome a challenge. We will be happy to see the finished hotel knowing we were a part of it.

Manhattan Construction is the General Contractor in charge of building the Luminary Hotel and Wright Construction Group is the General Contractor in charge of renovating the Caloosa Sound Convention Center (formerly known as Harborside Convention Center).
